What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the product, protect campaigns, and support customers.

  • Account & contact data. Name, business email, company, workspace details, and messages you send through Contact or support.
  • Billing & commercial data. Plan, invoice details, and related correspondence (processed with our billing partners when invoicing is active).
  • Product telemetry. Session and click-protection records such as timestamp, validity outcome, destination URL, reason codes, IP address, user agent, referrer, and related risk or engagement signals configured for your workspace.
  • Ad-platform connection data. Account identifiers and campaign metadata you authorize when linking Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, or similar channels.
  • Website & consent data. Essential session/CSRF cookies and, where enabled, Cookiebot consent records on marketing pages. See our Cookie policy.

Why we use data

  • Provide click fraud protection, exclusion workflows, and defensive analytics.
  • Operate workspaces, authentication, support, and product security.
  • Detect abuse, investigate incidents, and improve reliability.
  • Invoice customers, communicate about the service, and respond to legal requests.
  • Measure marketing-site performance only with consent where required.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use product telemetry to build unrelated advertising profiles about end visitors for our own marketing.

Sharing & processors

We share data with service providers who help us host, secure, email, bill, or measure the product — under contracts that limit their use to our instructions. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a corporate transaction.

Connected ad platforms receive exclusion audiences, IP lists, or similar signals you enable so campaigns can stop wasting spend. Those platforms process data under their own terms and policies.

Retention

Operational session/click-protection records and support tickets are retained for up to twenty-four (24) months, unless a longer period is required by law, an active dispute, security investigation, or contract. Account and billing records may be kept longer as needed for tax and audit duties. You can request deletion through our Data deletion process.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the risk — including access controls, encrypted transport, and least-privilege support workflows. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please use strong credentials and limit workspace invites to people who need access.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including CCPA/CPRA in California and similar US state laws, and GDPR-style rights where they apply), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain personal data, and to appeal a denial.

  • Email [email protected] with your workspace ID and request type.
  • We may need to verify identity before fulfilling a request.
  • Authorized agents may submit requests where the law allows, with proof of authorization.
  • We aim to respond within 30 days, or sooner when required.

Children

PPC Armor is a business service. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children for product accounts.

International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the service from other regions, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our processors operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product or law changes. Material updates will be reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy, except where additional consent is required.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
